Allright, so you ordered, what happens now?
IMPORTANT: Must Be Done
You should have ensured that your address was correct.
But sometimes we forget things.
After you purchase, sometime later you will recieve a message from dozerbeatz_verified@yahoo.com. You must reply to the message to verify the email address that was provided.
A simple: "Yes, that is my address" is all that is required.
After that has happened, we will then be able to create your shipping labels.
NOTE: The address you will see, is the Confirmed Address provided at the time of order. We will NOT make any changes or ship to another address. If the address is incorrect. We will refund your money,
and you will have to correct your address through paypal. Then you may re-order.
WHY?? Well, a
couple of people have already had to re-order. The address that was given was an old address. They never updated their address
with paypal. Good thing I foreseen things like this, Right?
Well, I check orders daily. The order is processed the following day, sometimes the same day.
Depends on the time the order was placed.
My customers are my top priority.

My phone number is also located on a text file on the DVD disk. If you have any questions,
or need some help, feel free to call me.
AFTER 7PM Eastern Time. That is when I get free minutes LOL.
If you think I can answer your question via email, just email me. I explain
things step by step. I type a zillion words a minute, so its not a problem.
My schedule for a day varies. Sometimes I stay up till 3AM in the morning, then wake up the next
day at 11AM. At around the time I get up, I roll out of bed, then turn on my computer. Check for orders. Like I said, my customers
are my first priority. If I have an order, then I will get the DVD ready, and package it. Then I will get ready and head out
to my post-office here in town.

Total shipping cost me around:
$1.34 for a 2 Oz. peice of mail (varies depending on destination)
$0.75 Delivery Confirmation
$1.70 Insurance.
I have to create and package the DVD. I do not make copies of the DVD ahead of time. Each DVD has
the customers Tracking Code embedded within the videos via watermark. The same technology that allows me to have the "dozerbeatz@yahoo.com" in the upper right corner of every video. That Tracking Code is linked to the customers Purchase Info
in our database. Mixdown of the videos takes about 30 Minutes via a Batch Process.
Then I burn the DVD.
As far as tracking where the DVD is in transit. There is no tracking number or anything like that.
I have a reciept number that allows me to verify Delivery (delivery confirmation) via Track & Confirm.
But it is no use to you, because it only shows information AFTER it is delivered to the address.
Its really just for me to see when the item was delivered.
But I may select "email delivery confirmation" which is an extra $1.00 for me at time of
shipping. It basically emails me the information automatically. I will see how it goes.
