If you dont have adequate knowledge on Tracking/Recording, then again, I don't recommend ordering. For instance, If you have never even used a recording program, such as Cubase, Sonar, Acid, Protools, Logic, ect... and don't even know what these are, then I do not recommend ordering my tutorial. If you dont have a Microphone, and a way to record your voice into your computer, then I dont recommend ordering my tutorial.
My tutorials are down to earth, indepth, and very easy to understand. I do not waste time "beating around the bush" like alot of other tutorial producers. My tutorials are to the point.
I give full instructions on how to download and extract the video tutorial, and also supply instructional videos on my Myspace Homepage.
If you do experience a problem, I offer full technical support over the phone, and by email. For those who would like technical support by phone, simply email me your phone number.

These specs allow anyone to view the tutorial. If you are able to connect to the internet, and view my Promotional video, then your computer can "Run" my tutorial.

If you believe that you can order the tutorial, view it, then just attempt a refund. You are sadly mistaken. There is a process in place, and it will work in my favor. The simple fact that I offer full technical support, coupled with the fact that the tutorial can be viewed on any system, would only mean that either the customer is being dishonest, or needs technical support.
